Hi, I'm Mark Jensen, founder of Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations.
Today I call New Jersey home, but life's taken me across the country. Born in California, raised in different places, and shaped by thousands of miles on America's highways, I've always believed that every journey has a story.
Before I ever climbed into the cab of a truck, I proudly served in the United States Navy as a Gas Turbine Systems Mechanic Second Class (GSM2 SW). During my military career, I served aboard the guided missile frigate USS Clark (FFG-11), as a Military Police officer at NAS Cecil Field and COMNAVMAR Guam, and aboard the AEGIS guided missile cruiser USS Gettysburg (CG-64). My service took me around the world and taught me discipline, attention to detail, and pride in doing every job right — values that continue to guide everything I create today.
Service didn't stop when I came home — it just changed form. Clatto’s is Disabled Veteran-Owned and Operated, and that pride shows in every custom piece we make.
After my military service, I spent the next ten years as a long-haul truck driver, crossing America one highway at a time.
If you've ever driven across the country, you know truck stops are more than places to buy fuel. They're where stories are shared, strangers become friends, and travelers discover little treasures they never knew they needed. Some of my favorite souvenirs and gifts came from those late-night stops along America's highways. Some of the best gift shopping I ever did happened at 2 a.m. somewhere off I-40, under fluorescent lights, surrounded by novelty keychains, trucker hats, and shelves full of things you didn't know you needed until you saw them. I knew every good truck stop from coast to coast — and I never left one empty-handed.
That's where the idea for Clatto's Truck Stop was born.
Not as a real truck stop—but as a place where travelers, families, collectors, and anyone looking for something unique can find handcrafted items that make them smile.
Today we create custom apparel, laser-engraved gifts, leather goods, keychains, koozies, ornaments, and personalized keepsakes designed to celebrate life's journeys—whether that's across the country or just across town.

Meet Lauren — Co-Creator & Creative Director
Born and raised under the Florida sunshine, Lauren now calls New Jersey home — bringing warmth and heart to everything she touches at Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations.
By day, Lauren is a Registered Behavior Technician dedicated to working with children with autism, and she's currently pursuing her Master's degree to become a Board Certified Behavior Therapist. Her patience, creativity, and genuine care for others shine through in everything she does — including this business.
Lauren is the creative force behind our social media, photography, and branding — including the logo you see today! When she's not studying or snapping the perfect shot, you'll find her with her dogs, soaking up whatever sunshine New Jersey will allow.
Going into business with her dad has been one of the most rewarding adventures yet. At Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations, every order is packed with the same love, care, and appreciation that goes into everything we create — because for us, this is personal.
Meet Dylan — Director of Sales & Outreach
Having spent much of his life between New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Dylan brings a passion for creativity, education, and community to Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations.
Dylan earned his Bachelor of Music Education degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is a certified music educator in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As a teacher, he has worked with students of all ages, believing that patience, encouragement, and attention to detail are the foundation of helping others succeed. Those same values carry over into every interaction he has with customers and business partners.
As Director of Sales & Outreach, Dylan focuses on building relationships with individuals, schools, organizations, and businesses while helping customers turn their ideas into personalized products. Whether it is custom apparel, promotional items, laser-engraved gifts, or event merchandise, he enjoys finding creative solutions that help people celebrate milestones, promote their organizations, or create meaningful keepsakes.
When he is not in the classroom or working with customers, Dylan enjoys creating sports content and following his favorite Philadelphia teams. He produces content covering the NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL, and hosts the Second Round Syndrome podcast, where he shares his passion for the Philadelphia 76ers. His experience creating digital content and engaging with sports communities brings another creative perspective to the Clatto's Truck Stop team.
You will often find Dylan representing Clatto's Truck Stop at vendor events, networking within the community, and helping customers explore custom design options. He believes that outstanding customer service starts with listening, understanding each customer's vision, and making the process enjoyable from start to finish.
