All sales are final. Because every item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Manufacturing Defects We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a printing error, stitching issue, or material flaw — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clattostruckstop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

What does not qualify as a defect:

• Slight color variations due to monitor display differences
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper care or washing

Damaged or Lost in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can file a claim on your behalf.
