Welcome to Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at clattostruckstop.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products All products sold by Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations are custom made to order. Orders are processed and produced specifically for each customer. As a result, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we cannot make changes once production has begun.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
4. Order Acceptance Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Intellectual Property — Our Content All original designs, graphics, logos, and content created by Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations and displayed on this site are our property and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our express written permission.
6. Customer-Submitted Artwork & Licensing Responsibility By submitting artwork, images, logos, or designs for reproduction on custom products, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the original creator of the submitted artwork, or
- You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce the artwork on physical merchandise, and
- Your submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or trade dress held by individuals, companies, or entertainment brands.
Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations is not responsible for verifying the ownership or licensing of customer-submitted artwork. By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material in your submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we reasonably believe may infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Refunds & Returns All sales are final on custom and made-to-order items. Refunds or replacements are only issued in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clatto's Truck Stop & Custom Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
